At the Enviornmental Services Department, AFSCME Local 127 held another successful New Employee Orientation. Next, AFSCME Local 127 supported Councilmember Campillo to improve parental leave access and duration across the City of San Diego. AFSCME Local 127, then, participated in the "Employee Appreciation Luncheons" of the Golf Division of Parks & Recreation at Mission Bay. Last, but certainly not least, AFSCME Local 127 visited our members at the Otay Water Treatment Plant, who currently have an SSA under review.
